For meeting materials and the on-site public meeting locations for each meeting, go to the CECAC or TWG area of this website.  

The public may listen to CECAC and TWG meetings by phone with the opportunity to speak at the end of each call.  Twenty-five telephone lines are available for public use.  We encourage organizations with several interested participants to call in together from a speaker phone to keep more lines open for others.  

The following provides instructions for the public to dial into CECAC and TWG meetings.  Note that members of the CECAC and TWGs should use the participant codes provided by the facilitators rather than the public access codes provided below.
